I.      Missions of the Scientific Council

Launch of the program: evaluate projects for selection.

The project evaluation criteria are:

• Strategic positioning of the project
• Scientific quality of the project
• Quality of the scientific consortium
• Quality of the partnership approach
• Quality of the value creation approach
• Feasibility

During the course of the program: monitor projects throughout the program (based on the annual project progress report); provide counsel to the national coordinating team, particularly during the organization of major events (Researchers/Partners meeting, Final symposium, etc.); participate in regional steering committees.

End of program: evaluate projects at the end of the program; provide an overall opinion on the program as a whole at the end of 5 years of activity.
